Sales Executive They are currently looking for a Sales Executive to contact old, lapsed and underspending customers to get them spending again. This is not a cold calling role. All the customers you contact will have previously ordered from the company and will be aware of them. You do not need previous sales experience (although this would be helpful) for this role. You should however have experience dealing with customers, preferably over the phone, have good customer service skills and a good telephone manner. Full training will be given on the Customer database and you should have basic computer skills such as email, word and web use. Field Sales Consultant One of our current clients is a leading provider of warm air hand dryers to the electrical wholesale market. They now have a need for a Field Sales Consultant to cover Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England, ideally you will be based near to their satellite office in Glasgow although the role will see you working mainly out in the field visiting roughly 8 customers a day. The role involves account managing existing customers, upselling, cross selling and dealing with the account in a professional way. Supporting the resellers reps by covisiting end users and introducing product trials etc. You will also generate new business from wholesalers and visit Architects and Specifiers to ensure they are aware of each model and also to ensure the companies products are being used when specified. The ideal candidate should have some experience of field sales, preferably selling to a reseller, be used to territory management and working under their own supervision.
